Appointment, functions and components of cabinets of data collection

According to NPF Krug company, Basic Element of the cabinets of data collection (CDC) is the industrial DevLink-C1000 controller. This controller as of August, 2019 supports a broad spectrum of open data exchange protocols that allows to integrate easily ShSD practically into any management information system of the customer.

Appointment

  • Collecting of operational and contemporary records from metering devices of all types of energy resources
  • Data collection from "physical" discrete and analog sensors (option)
  • Control of actuators (option)
  • Intermediate algorithmic processing of collected data
  • Data transmission on the top level in the management information systems using open data exchange protocols of OPC (DA, HDA), MEK-104, ModBus RTU/TCP, including in the SCADA KRUG-2000 on specialized communication channels
  • Registration and intermediate storage of collected data
  • Providing collected information to operation personnel "in the place" using a control panel.

Functions

  • The automated poll of the metering devices connected to ShSD on wire inter-chip digital links (RS232, RS485) and "physical" sensors, storage of data retrieveds, including archive
  • Formation of own archives (trends) by assignment of a time stamp to the operational data (DA) obtained from the metering device and preserving of these data in memory of the controller
  • Remote setup of metering devices using the standard program for a configuration from the producer by providing to it direct access (driver gateway)
  • Technical accounting of heat and gas directly on the controller (modules "Accounting of Heat", "Gas metering")
  • Remote restriction of supply of energy resource if this functionality is maintained by the metering device
  • Data indication, the collected from metering devices and "physical" sensors "in the place" using the control panel set directly in a cabinet
  • Transfer of operational and contemporary records on the top level both on wire (Ethernet), and on wireless (GSM) communication channels, including with a possibility of 100% of "hot" reservation of communication channels
  • Transfer on the top level and a control panel for indication "in the place" technology signaling by quantitative and qualitative parameters of energy resources and signaling of a condition of equipment of a cabinet (self-diagnostics)
  • High-precision time synchronization of both the ShSD controller, and metering devices connected to it (if it allows their exchange protocol). Signals of the exact time can be accepted by the controller both from any available in NTP-network servers, and from the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) GPS or GLONASS (an option – connection of the special antenna is necessary).

Components

The cabinet of data collection consists of the following principal components:

  • 1. The DevLink-C1000 controller is the universal svobodnoprogrammiruyemy industrial controller which is a basic element of a cabinet and provides practically all above-stated functionality
  • 2. Power supplies ~ 220B / = 24B for the controller, chains of sensors and interfaces of metering devices
  • 3. A control panel for indication of collected data "in the place".

On July 23, 2019 the company NPF Krug provided the cabinets of data collection (CDC) from devices accounting industrial of the enterprises developed using the advanced technical solutions on the organization of the systems of technical and commercial accounting all types of energy resources: electric power, thermal energy, gases.

As you know, existence of a system of accounting of energy resources — an immutable condition of full functioning of the modern enterprise irrespective of its industry accessory. Creation of an accounting system from scratch — a difficult and expensive task, especially in need of data collection from a large number of the diverse metering devices working at different exchange protocols. The line of cabinets of data collection of high factory readiness allows to implement a possibility of budget creation of systems of accounting of energy resources and also fast and easy embedding of ShSD in the available automated systems.
