Biography

Was born on May 9, 1949 in Moscow.

Education

In 1973 graduated from the Riga institute of engineers Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner of civil aviation.

In 1978 graduated from the Leningrad state university.

In 1978 completed postgraduate studies and defended the master's thesis at the Leningrad electrotechnical institute of "LETI" of V.I. Ulyanov (Lenin).

In 1979 Sergey Bukashkin received an academic degree of the Doctor of Engineering and an academic status of professor of Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

In 1994 became the full member of Academy of cryptography of the Russian Federation.

Career

From November, 1966 to April, 1967 — radio installer II of discharge of the plant at branch of Research institute of the pyezotekhniki, Dushanbe.

From September, 1967 to March, 1973 — the student of the Riga institute Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner of engineers of civil aviation, Riga.-> From April, 1973 to February, 1991 — the assistant, the senior teacher, the associate professor, the head of the department, the vice rector for study, the first vice rector — the vice rector for study of the Riga institute Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner of engineers of civil aviation.

From February, 1991 to February, 2017 — the associate director on scientific work, the first deputy director, the director, the CEO of the Order of Lenin of Research institute of automatic equipment (since 5/14/2015 — Joint-stock company "Avtomatika Concern). Sergey Bukashkin headed the enterprise from December, 1998 to February, 2017. Provided permanent and sustainable development of concern, including two research institutes, six plants and five scientific and technological centers. Under the direct management and with personal participation of Sergey Bukashkin the most significant projects on creation of the systems of the encoded communication and special purpose automated control systems are implemented. In 20 years of its plant management about 50 complexes of special communication using technology of cyber defense were developed.

Since February, 2017 — the First Deputy CEO — the chief designer of joint-stock company "Avtomatika Concern. The circle of tasks includes formation of technical information security policy, the management of groups of developers and designers according to the solution of new technology tasks, development of technical means, perspective management systems and special communication.

Sergey Bukashkin makes a big personal deposit in the solution of such responsible task as preparation of the engineering and scientific personnel, directs work of basic department JSC Avtomatika Concern at MSTU of MIREA and is a member of specialized council. Under its management 52 candidates and 7 Doctors of Engineering are prepared.

For July, 2019 Sergey Bukashkin is the head of the priority technology direction, is a part of scientific and technical councils of Military industrial complex and State Corporation Rostec, is a chief designer of State Corporation Rostec in the "quantum sensors" direction.

For February, 2021 — the First Deputy CEO - the chief designer of Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec.

Awards and titles

In 1997 it is awarded with a medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow".

In 2008 it was awarded the order Friendship of the People.

In 2012 became the Winner of the Award of the Government of the Russian Federation in science and technology.

In 2012 received the breast icon "Honourable Radio Operator".

In 2015 it is awarded with the medal "For Strengthening of the Fighting Commonwealth".

2019: Rewarding with Order of Honour

On July 30, 2019 it became known that the First Deputy CEO — the chief designer of Avtomatika concern Sergey Anatolyevich Bukashkin the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin is awarded with Order of Honour.

Sergey Anatolyevich Bukashkin headed concern more than two decades, and made an enormous contribution to strengthening of power and defense capability of our Homeland. Behind Bukashkin there is big culture under cryptography enciphering the name "and", it is difficult to revaluate Sergey Anatolyevich's contribution to development of a domestic shifrtekhnika and preparation of the scientific personnel — the CEO of the Automatic equipment Concern said Vladimir Kabanov.
