2020: Automation of business activities
The command of Diasoft supported process of merge of banks of group the ZENITH among which: AB "Devon Credit", JSC Zenit Sochi Bank, PJSC Spiritbank, PJSC Lipetskkombank. During the project Diasoft performed restructuring of branches and bank departments the ZENITH. The company reported about it on July 27, 2020.
In a project deliverable centralization of data in head bank department the ZENITH is provided, specialized clusters by accounting tasks are created: material accounting – in Almetyevsk, accounting of economic agreements and taxes – in Moscow. Uniform rules of storage, processing of accounting and financial information, the rule of formation of the uniform end-to-end reporting are configured. The functionality of solutions on the Economic Accounting direction allowed to provide the necessary level of automation, including: fuels and lubricants, IFRS 16 "Lease", "Reserves", Statistical reporting.
Also the command of Diasoft automated end-to-end process of budgeting and expense control on all structure of banking group.
In parallel Diasoft transferred the Diasoft Master Balance system from Oracle DBMS on MS SQL, implemented full online integration with the system of the third-party developer via the corporate data bus WSO2, implemented in ZENIT banking group a system on purchase management, having provided development of the solution on budgeting.
The ZENIT banking group is in process of large-scale changes, we face serious technology problems with which it is difficult to cope without participation of the professional IT partner. 2019: Process automation of conducting administrative activity
On August 7, 2019 the Diasoft company reported that the ZENIT banking group automated processes of conducting the administrative activity (AA) and budgeting using the complete solution Master Balance.
The project was connected with business process, very difficult on creation of communications. It was necessary to implement already approved solution and to make it in a short time. As a result of the executed project with Diasoft the single platform which allowed to optimize accounting of the business activities (BA) in a single system of banking group is implemented, to automate interaction with financial department within control of payments and write-offs by the budget. The customer had an opportunity to cut down expenses on maintaining and accounting of HD, to increase labor productivity, to lower labor costs on preparation of the analytical and regulatory reporting.
The solution Master Balance supports work of all structural divisions of financial department which staff is provided with complete financial and economic information. In bank the difficult, repeatedly repeating transactions are automated. "End-to-end" control of financial performance on the basis of uniform information base is implemented.
Numerous divisions of bank and big resources of a project team were involved in work. Change of processes of budgeting during the project demanded operational completion of functionality of the implemented system. As a result the financial department received the solution providing automatic control of the budget in terms of compliance of payment to the planned expenses, a possibility of planning, consolidation and support of version control of the budget told Evgeny Tsepa, the head of department of costs of financial department of ZENIT Bank

The implementing solution "Electronic document management" became an important stage of project works. This functionality of Diasoft is necessary for increase in process performance of decision making.
