2019: Implementation of electronic archive
On August 9, 2019 the Atlas Soft company reported that the Consulting and technical center "Profstandart" organized electronic archive of documents.
Owing to the activity of KTTs "Profstandart" – the company working in the field of labor protection, sanitary and epidemiologic inspection and examination and also measurements of factors of the environment faces a big flow of a different type of inspection documentation, project documentation, objects of business and other activities and many others.
In communication it made the decision on creation of secure, intuitive storage location of all document types of the company with flexible and quick search. As the tool for the solution of this task the system of electronic archive "Etla" as this system represents the solution which completely approaches under the set requirements was selected:
- simple creation and management of structure of archive of documents;
- existence of a possibility of fast import of documents and also institutions in the system of documents from the scanner;
- the convenient and configured search of necessary documents;
- support of version control of documents;
- existence of a subsystem of work with partners;
- formation of cards of partners with a binding to it of agreements and connected documents;
- the organization and accounting in storage system of copies of originals of documents;
- possibility of simple independent system implementation for short term.
Specialists of the center created structure of archive in a system, configured cards for all types of the stored documents, created required reference books, configured user groups and set access rights to these groups to different parts of archive. Created the register of partners with the history of relationship.
Implementation of electronic archive allowed the company to change cardinally approach to work with documents due to receiving archive with quick search of the necessary documents and access to them from any place and from any device. Also it was succeeded to reduce loss of different document revisions to zero at the expense of what formation of results of examinations considerably accelerated.
