One of the largest Russian MES integrators for the enterprises of the oil and gas industry in Russia InfTech and the developer of information security tools Elvis-Plus in August, 2019 was announced an output to the market of a new solution – the protected information platform for an automated system of operational management of the enterprise (the ZIP ASOUP).

The platform is intended for the organization of safe collecting, processing and data storage about production processes of the enterprise. She allows to organize safe data exchange with technology, laboratory and information and analytical systems of the enterprise, provides different information services, including in the form of symbolic circuits, diagrams and reports in real time.

As developers say, the ZIP ASOUP it is implemented taking into account requirements of the federal legislation in the field of data protection and regulatory legal acts of regulating authorities. It provides fulfillment of requirements FSTEC of orders No. 31 and No. 239 shown to the second class of security APCS and the second category of the importance of objects critical information infrastructure (CUES).

Developers of the platform explained TAdviser that the developed solution belongs to the class of the systems of operational production management (MES) and works at a joint of supervisory control systems (SCADA) and enterprise management systems (ERP).

The head of the sales department InfTech Igor Okhrimenko noted that the analog of this solution which is most extended to territories of the Russian Federation - the software of PI System of the American company OSIsoft.

PI System was implemented at the enterprises which are a part of the largest oil and gas companies including Gazprom, Rosneft, ANC Bashneft, Tatneft, Lukoil.

ZIP ASOUP preceded the announcement experience of implementation of this solution in structure of Rosneft on Tuapse Refinery, tell in InfTech.

The solution developed InfTech and Elvis-Plus is standard. It it was initially created as the replicated solution based completely on domestic technologies. It is going to advance it first of all in the market of the oil and gas industry and in other branches of the energy industry (energy industry) of Russia.

In May, 2019 the president Vladimir Putin approved the new doctrine of energy security of the Russian Federation. In it the excessive dependence of activity of the Russian energy industry organizations on import of some types of the equipment, technologies, materials and services, the software is referred to one of risks of security. One of tasks of ensuring technology independence of energy industry and to increase in its competitiveness, according to the doctrine, is systematic import substitution in types of activity, crucial for energy industry. It means, including, development of domestic technologies and the software for the industry.
