Was born on January 12, 1972 in Solikamsk the Perm region (since 2005 it is transformed to Perm Krai).

1989

In 1989 graduated from the Kiev Suvorov Military School of the Ministry of Defence of the USSR (since June 1, 1998 - the Kiev military lyceum of Ivan Bogun).

Service in AF

From August, 1989 to February, 2008 served in Armed Forces.

1993: YAVVFU

In 1993 graduated from the Yaroslavl highest military financial college of a name of the general A.V. Hrulev (it are disband by the order of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2010)

VFEU

Graduated from the Military financial and economic university of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (it is defunct in 2010).

MGIMO

Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2008: State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation

From February, 2008 to February, 2009 headed department of management of Head department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

2009: Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

From February, 2009 to June, 2010 - the associate director of Department of registration of departmental regulatory legal acts, from June, 2010 to August, 2012 - the director of the department of legal regulation, the analysis and control in the field of execution of criminal sanctions and judicial acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

From August, 2012 to March, 2017 held a position of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

2017: FSSP

March 20, 2017. By the decree of the Russian President it is appointed to the position of the Director of the Federal Bailiff Service - the Chief Bailiff of Russia.
