2019: Creation of the unified information system based on the solution "Alpha Car"
On August 21, 2019 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of 1200 jobs in BIZNES KAR Group using the Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти CORP system. Consolidation of 15 separate information bases allowed to reduce labor costs by 90% and to increase employees productivity by 20%.
The self-written enterprise management system was used in the company more than 20 years. The information system represented 15 separate databases used in the capital and regions. In the program collected many completions which lost relevance. Analytical data from separate information bases had to be collected every day separately and to sum up indicators. The normative reference information differed in each of bases. It was quickly impossible look at dynamics of development or current situation in the company that slowed down acceptance of management decisions and prevented to see a complete picture of business.
The company management made the decision to pass to the single database. It was necessary to consolidate information and to modify business processes, having collected them in one system. As a result of negotiations as the partner the customer selected 1C-Rarus from Moscow. Obtaining the modern platform which will allow to develop dynamically functionality of the program and to react timely to requests of changes of the automobile market was one of main goals of the project.
High rate of system implementation "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти CORP" allowed to start in a month from one up to 6 dealer centers. The uniform base which integrated 15 separate bases for August, 2019 in it was constructed all group works. The existing accounting system in the organizations is completely transferred to the created platform.
The reference information is consolidated and recorded in business processes. Reference books of the nomenclature, cars and services and also private document forms are unified and transferred to uniform information base. The uniform base is completely unrolled in "clouds" of 1C-Rarus company and works on leased servers.
Consolidation of the information bases which are used in the dealer centers for the whole country is executed. For each enterprise the scheme of work which is suitable for implementation of usual business processes is configured. The set-up time of sales thanks to automation of the corresponding subsystems was three times reduced. Instead of daily unloading of six reports from all bases and consolidation given in spreadsheets to managers the uniform report is available. The quantity of calls, the visits hosted and the sold cars, the rendered services in all divisions are displayed on one click.
3700 changes and completions are executed, among them:
- Processing of the incoming traffic is automated: calls, visits, electronic requests.
- Jobs of managers of the dealer centers are automated: sales departments of cars, service consultants, managers of sales departments of spare parts that allows them to process as entering, and internal traffic
- Attendant workstations of the outbound traffic are automated. In the single interface after and service, after-sale call-downs, invitations to maintenance, service campaigns invitations are implemented.
- Automatic system of acceptance and analysis of Internet requests of potential buyers, using regular expressions.
- Integration of a system of accounting of working time with light indication of jobs in workshop is executed.
- Automatic dynamic update of the prices of spare parts from different sources, including the price list of the distributor, information on sales, partial updates of price lists.
- The functionality of assessment and calculation of the car with a run including in addition integration with such external systems as ru, dsms, the website TRAFFIC POLICE and IPad-application the distributor is developed.
- The subsystem is developed for management of movements of cars between storage areas.
- Performance monitors including by a technique of APDEX are implemented.
Thanks to pricing administration introduction, loading of new models and other reference books in the centralized divisions it was succeeded to reduce labor costs by 90%. Managers use the uniform normative reference information that helps to process customer appeals quicker. And the lack of need to duplicate information in base allowed to increase employees productivity by 20%.
