In a month after robotic automation of process of control of receivables by the customer the positive effect was mentioned — clients made the next payments without any participation from the staff of insurance company. In addition, the labor input of the works connected with processing of payments was reduced. And because the robot performs accurate same operations, it was succeeded to get rid of errors of operators. At the same time a feedback was received from clients that now it became more convenient to pay debt as there was an opportunity to do it according to the link of the SMS using the bank card, but not to go to office of insurance company.

Bell Integrator implemented a universal scalable solution for control over client debt. In it is mute accounting account management and client interaction through the SMS connected insurance. For automation of process it was started web service sendings the SMS. The created robot on command unloads data from databases Oracle, checks existence of the agreement in the accounting system and if there is no document in base, creates it. The same robot sends Sms to clients with links to payment of account through a payment gateway on the website of the company. And after term deletes agreements. If from the client means for payment do not arrive, the robot initiates process of early agreement cancelation.

The solution constructed based on UIPath software allows to create independently new algorithms and to manage changes in processes. Besides, its feature is training speed — support of program robots does not require department of IT specialists.
