Biography

Was born on May 4, 1975 in Novocheboksarsk of the Chuvash Republic.

1998: RGMU

In 1998 graduated from the Russian state medical university (since 2010 - the Russian national research medical university of N.I. Pirogov) as "doctor-biochemist".

2002: Scientific Research Institute EDITO RONTS of N.N. Blochin of the Russian Academy of Medical Science

2002 - 2014 - the research associate, the senior research associate, the leading researcher of laboratory of experimental diagnostics and biotherapy of tumors; head of laboratory of biomarkers and mechanisms of tumoral angiogenesis of scientific research institute of experimental diagnostics and therapy of tumors of RONTs of N.N. Blochin of the Russian Academy of Medical Science.

2014: FASO Russia

2014 - 2018 - the deputy chief, the head of department of the academic interaction and ensuring activity of Scientific coordination council of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations.

2018: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

In June, 2018 it is appointed to the position of the director of the department of comprehensive programs and projects of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.

In April, 2019 it is appointed to the position of the director of the department of scientific and technical programs of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.

Awards

"Development and deployment in clinical practice of methods of the forecast and rational medicinal therapy of malignant tumors on the basis of studying of molecular and biological markers" is awarded with a prize of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2008 in science and technology for work.
