MFC of the Kaliningrad region implemented the Russian communication framework of Communigate Pro

2019: CommuniGate Pro implementation

On September 5, 2019 the Softline company reported that in MFC of the Kaliningrad region the project on implementation of the Russian communication framework of CommuniGate Pro came to the end. The customer received the solution with rich functionality, stability of work and ample opportunities of scaling. Softline acted as the entrusted partner when implementing the project.

The multifunction center of the Kaliningrad region follows import substitution policy therefore when there was a question of replacement of external mail services the management started the analysis of the Russian solutions existing in the market. The important requirement was that the mail server included all necessary functionality: e-mail, calendars, telephone services and so on and also met the high requirements of reliability.

The leaders of the Center became interested in the product CommuniGate Pro. The customer organized the tender according to the results of which in a victory the Softline company gained. Implementation of a pilot project helped be convinced that the platform completely conforms to the stated requirements.

The main features of CommuniGate Pro are the completeness of functionality, a user-friendly interface, multiplatformity and also high rates of reliability and performance. The solution can be used as "boxed" and does not require complex and expensive works on implementation and has detailed technical documentation in Russian. The customer easily unrolled the platform by own efforts.

As a result of failure from use of external services, the customer had an opportunity to save data in corporate network and by that to provide the necessary security level of a system and not to depend on external settings.
