On December 3, 2020, Rostelecom announced the launch of the Advertising Designer service, thanks to which corporate users of the classic IPTV and Smart TV can remotely control TVs, as well as download and broadcast their own commercials on the network. Along with the broadcast of classic linear content, customers have the opportunity to promote services and increase awareness of visitors through a single television panel.

"Ad Designer" is provided as an additional service when the customer connects interactive television for legal entities. To start using Ad Designer, you do not need to install additional equipment, just leave a request for its connection.

In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, there is no fee for the service during the first month after the connection of the "Advertising Designer."

The convenient interface of Rostelecom's technical solution allows customers to independently manage advertising content along with broadcasting classic linear content. Using the Ad Designer service, the customer can manage devices remotely, providing on, off, reboot, channel switching, and sound adjustment.

The "designer of advertising" can be used to promote promotions and special offers during broadcasts of sports matches or music channels in bars and restaurants, to inform customers about additional services and profitable offers in beauty salons and spa centers. In addition, the service allows you to inform employees about the results of the year and key indicators of the company, corporate events in between the broadcast of business channels, the current epidemiological situation, prevention measures in medical centers, as well as report important events and upcoming events in educational institutions.
