Was born on June 4, 1956.

1978: LISI

In 1978 graduated from Leningrad Engineering and Construction Institute (since 1993 - the St. Petersburg state architectural and construction university).

2002: Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

In 2002 - 2004 - the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.

2004: The Russian President Administration in the Southern Federal District

In 2004 - 2005 - the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District.

2005: Management of the Russian President

In 2005 - 2011 - the deputy head of department of the Russian President on foreign policy.

2011: Administration of Saint Petersburg

In 2011 - 2014 - the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg.

2015: MFA of Russia

Since August, 2015 - the CEO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Supervises issues of financial and economic activity, capital construction, management of diplomatic property abroad, placement and service of diplomatic missions of the foreign states accredited in the Russian Federation.
