"Key" — the Russian network of working spaces in Moscow. "Key" creates and manages working spaces: here it is possible to rent the place in a co-working, a separate office or to create the turnkey office.

The key is 10 platforms and ready-made solutions for business: service offices, co-workings and the headquarters in business areas, historical buildings and mansions.

2020: A co-working in Gostiny Dvor of Moscow

"Key" will open a working space in the territory of Gostiny Dvor — an architecture monument in 200 meters from the Kremlin. The flagman platform of network will occupy the area of 15,000 m ². Opening of the large-scale project is planned for 2021. The project of revitalization of a historical part of the building is kept jointly by Key and the companies under control of Gariya Etumyan.

The Gostiny Dvor was the business center from the moment of the basis of Moscow. "Key" as the operator will continue history and will create modern offices and a working space here. The amount of investments of the companies under control of Gariya Etumyan will be up to 1 billion rubles — now it is one of the largest projects of revitalization of a monument of architecture in the world.

In historical interiors of Gostiny Dvor there will be full-fledged infrastructure for business: bonus offices, the food court, bar and restaurant, an event platform, coffee shops and recreation areas on each floor, negotiation, halls for meditations, sport and beauty. In designs will consider features of modern business: separation into "silent" and "loud" zones, a large number of places for Skype calls, meeting high-class and creative rooms for breynshtorm. Besides, will provide to residents a broad set of additional services and service of five-star hotel, considering all requirements for security and privacy.

In a couple of minutes the large transport hub of the subway is located, nearby there is a parking, and around a location there is everything that is necessary for comfortable work. Placement of offices and the headquarters in a prestigious location near Red Square will suit large tenants, especially which work with foreign clients and representations of foreign brands is important. For this purpose communication and navigation on the platform will be initially made in three languages — English, Russian and Chinese.
