Interleasing Group completed implementation of ERP

The Interleasing group, the operator of leasing services, completed an implementation project of an enterprise management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. The project is implemented by GMCS company. An ERP system provides management of leasing transactions and financial flows of holding, having integrated within single solution the central office and 14 regional departments of group across all Russia.

Due to dynamic business development of group there was a need of review of the existing managerial tools.

Mastering of the ERP system in group was begun in March, 2008 with implementation of modules of management of budgeting and treasury. This part of the project was implemented by NORBIT company. Since May, 2008, according to the solution of the customer, further development of the ERP system was transferred under management of Microtest company.

According to Kirill Tsarev, the director of Interleasing Group, beginning the project, the company set the task not only to improve automation systems, but also essential to increase effective management of the company. At that time the full-fledged industry solution in the market was not therefore the difficult way before that result which expected the management was received was necessary to pass the companies. The GMCS command less than in 5 months brought the project to a home straight and brought a system into operation. The full-fledged industry solution for management of the leasing company is as a result created.

The information system includes the mechanism for management of customer relation which allows to manage leasing transactions at all stages of the transaction. The new solution also contains planning tools, managements and budget control of cash flows for effective management of processes of treasury.

Now a system is brought into trial operation. In a system 85 specialists of commercial department, treasury and department of maintenance of transactions of customer company work.
