Rostransnadzor started transfer of the IT infrastructure on mainly domestic software

2019: Start of the procedure of transition on domestic software

On October 9, 2019 it became known, the Federal service on supervision in the field of transport Russia (Rostransnadzor) started transfer of the IT infrastructures from foreign software on mainly domestic software.

For these purposes department selected 26.9 million rubles. This amount appeared as the starting maximum price of the contract in the thematic tender of state structure started on September 20, 2019 in a format of an electronic auction. Following the results the winning bidder recognized on October 7 Infolend company with the price offer in 26.6 million rubles. It unsuccessfully tried to compete with BARS GROUP, stopped on a mark of 26.8 million rubles.

Now Infolenda it is necessary to deliver and implement necessary software till December 23, 2019. The nomenclature of delivery will include 250 sets of software for the automated jobs (AJ) of staff of Rostransnadzor, 10 server OS, software products of an electronic mail service and software of service of terminal access to 3 thousand users and also access service software in the Internet on 250 users.

In the technical project of the ended tender it is specified that program components for the updated IT infrastructure of department had to be selected from the Register of domestic software at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.

At absence in the register of the solutions implementing corresponding functionality use of the open source is allowed — the note of the customer says.

What programs are stated in the won request, at the time of the publication of material Rostransnadzor and Infolend could not comment.

Describing the operating IT infrastructure, the customer reports that in central office of Rostransnadzor for October, 2019 250 jobs of employees are set. The service of the directory is implemented based on Microsoft Active Directory, service of storage of files — based on the "File Services and Storages" component from structure of Microsoft Windows Server.

E-mail of the organization for October, 2019 is unrolled on Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, Internet access — on Microsoft ISA 2006, backup on automated workplaces — based on nnBackup and the built-in means of Microsoft Windows Server. And only the service anti-virus and an antispam protection of automated workplaces is created by the Russian programmers; it is under construction based on Kaspersky Internet Security.

Besides that during the project it is going to replace above-mentioned foreign software, the contractor will also need to provide solutions for print services and terminal access. For October, 2019 they are absent, and access to network printers is provided to their IP addresses.

The purpose of execution of works on transfer of IT infrastructure of the customer to domestic or open software declares decrease in dependence on license policies of foreign owners and producers and also decrease in sanctions risks in software scope.
