The Social Insurance Fund started digital control of performance of contracts

2019: Implementation in central office and 85 departments

On October 21, 2019 the company the RTS tender reported that in Central office of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and in 85 regional departments digital control of performance of contracts according to the results of state procurements is started, based on the solution of the platform RTS tender - the Module of Performance of Contracts (MPC).

MIK allows to make a stage of performance of contracts which traditionally passes in the paper form, clear, transparent and managed. Use of MIK gives significant advantages to customers: in a system all documents enclosed by the responsible party are reflected, delivery dates are fixed, monitoring of the closing documents, etc. — all electronically is available. Also the system of notifications which beforehand notifies the responsible party on need of commission of these or those procedural actions in the course of obligation fulfillment under the contract works. In a system the electronic aktirovaniye works. Exchange of documents happens completely in electronic form and from 100% the legal importance.

The module of performance of contracts actually offers smart contracting when a system makes independent decisions, based on the programmed conditions. 2018: Pilot project of use of MIK

In 2018 in department the pilot project of MIK for the purpose of increase in efficiency of monitoring and control of performance of contracts of regional departments of Fund on the example of purchases on delivery of services was started. According to the results of pilot testing the decision on transition to commercial operation of MIK, including according to delivery contracts of inventory items was made.
