Inclusion in the Register of domestic software

On December 6, 2019 became and it is known that the solution "RTS Tender Module of Performance of Contracts" (MIK) is included in developed Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia register of the domestic software. Inclusion in the specified register allows to expand use of included SOFTWARE and confirms its Russian origin. Thus, use of MIK in conditions import substitution gives unlimited access to subjects of state procurements to control of a full stroke.

Import substitution in the IT sector – process, necessary for the country, which purpose — development of own technologies and security and independence of Russia in information technology field. Besides, the modern solutions proposed in our module of performance of contracts allow to increase significantly efficiency of carrying out purchases, according to our analytical center, no more than 10% of contracts are completely controlled at an execution stage, notes the CEO the RTS tender Vladimir Lishenkov

The innovation of MIK is that, using the module, the customer creates the electronic contract revision of ready templates, i.e. it is physically impossible to specify conditions, specifications, other than those which initially contain in the contract. Such approach gives a clear understanding at all stages of performance of the contract: delivery, acceptance, payments. Besides, in a system the end-to-end analytics is available, data are aggregated, they can be looked in any cuts: under the specific contract, the customer, the national project, up to photos of the constructed road section. In a system the electronic aktirovaniye works, and payment happens by the principle of smart contracting.

For December, 2019 service is implemented and is actively used in Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (Social Insurance Fund), the Moscow and Vologda regions, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the city of Omsk. Transition to commercial operation since January 1, 2020 is planned in the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, the Belgorod and Murmansk regions, Federal State Unitary Enterprise Krymskaya zheleznaya doroga.

2017: Availability to all customers

Since November 10, 2017 "The module of performance of contracts" is available to all customers. The Moscow region became the advanced subject of the Russian Federation where a system was implemented. In a system more than 2 thousand users are already registered, the new signed contracts are daily added.

MIK can be used within all range of procurement procedures: 44-FZ, 223-FZ, 615-PP RF, commercial purchases.

Implementation takes up to 28 days, use cost for customers and suppliers – 0 rubles.
