On October 22, 2019 the LANIT company reported that ABC Consulting, the division of NORBIT (enters into LANIT group) on implementation of HR systems, completed the project on automation of a management system for selection and personnel development based on SAP SuccessFactors in Polyus companythe Russian producer of gold. This project is implementation of a cloud solution in the company as a result of which uniform standards were picked up for selection and personnel training in all enterprises "Polyusa". Also the company had own platform for distance learning. It allows heads to control visually process of selection according to the requests and to be aware of problems of the command.

To SAP SuccessFactors system implementation in the company there was no opportunity to quickly look for candidates by the set criteria and to conduct the history of interaction with them. Especially it affected by search of personnel on similar positions in the different enterprises of the company. Also in Pole there was no automated system of monitoring of terms of selection and as result, efficiency evaluations of work of recruiters. It was necessary to automate monitoring and the organization of training. Because of a geographically-distributed structure of the enterprises and a rotational operation mode of the company own platform for passing of distance learning was required.

Within the project uniform standards on processes of selection and training of employees were selected from all enterprises of the company. The monitoring system of terms of accomplishment of tasks and also the system of informing both on planned tasks, and about overdue was adjusted. For process optimization of personnel recruitment the uniform base of candidates with a possibility of filtering by different criteria was created. The SAP SuccessFactors system is integrated into the recruiting websites that allows to automate the publication of declarations, collecting of responses and history logging of interaction with each candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors allows to enter the approved training plans of personnel and to appoint obligatory rates with a certain frequency in the automatic mode. Within distance learning a system reproduces not only the rates developed by the company but also interacts with an external system of "OLIMPOKS" on distance compulsory education in the field of labor protection and industrial security. Also in a system verification processes of knowledge and collecting of a feedback about quality of training from employees and heads are adjusted.
