PJSC Khimprom — one of the key enterprises of the domestic chemical industry, whose activity it is concentrated on large-capacity chemistry. More than 150 names and brands of the made products are in demand in the internal and international markets.
In the company - about 3700 employees working with a large number of documents. The need for workflow automation was connected with desire to create uniform base of all organizational and administrative documentation in the organization, to reduce paper document flow, to increase performing discipline due to ensuring productive interaction of workers.
According to the purposes and the customer's tasks, specialists of SoftBalance Group performed works on implementation "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP":
- Business processes of work with documents are automated. The base for the analysis and document classification by types depending on specifics of the serviced business processes is put. Complex processing of documents is configured that allowed to accelerate document handling by authors and to simplify work with them.
- Change of business process of work with incoming documents accelerated consideration of documents by the management and bringing information to contractors. Barcoding of incoming correspondence and automatic loading of files allowed to optimize labor costs of office.
integration with Abbyy Recognition Server allowed to carry out recognition of document packages in streaming mode and to save them in the PDF format (the text and the image) in a 1C system: Document flow for further work.
- The document templates created in a system allow any division to create document types, necessary for it, spending for this minimum quantity of time. Making changes in a template happens on a centralized basis.
- The developed widget "To tasks the subordinate" gives the chance to the head in real time to control accomplishment of tasks by employees and to see loading of the division in general.
- Setup of packet forwarding of originals and copies of the documents united in affairs, many times reduced time for maintenance of paper document flow.
Effects of implementation:
- Time of approval of documents at the expense of a possibility of parallel approval was reduced.
- The quantity of errors in routes of documents was significantly reduced.
