"In any company employees create, print, adjust and send each other documents. It helps them to analyze changes, to save practices and to make decisions what to do next: send the agreement for approval, save the document in archive or, for example, to send to the client. The majority of such files are necessary only temporarily, and to store them in the organizations expensively and inefficiently. Upgraded version of ABBYY FineReader Server is designed to solve this problem: finds the solution in a flow of documents complete copies and defines what of these files should be deleted. Such approach allows to save computing powers at data migration and also reduces costs for processing and information storage",
