The Telemed (LLC) service is network of remote medical care.

For October, 2019 the Telemed service includes full range of services and is focused not only on medical consultation, but also an oral legal assistance. The qualified lawyers will explain to users how to protect the interests, to appeal against actions of medics and to receive the answer to a question of compulsory health insurance. One of services of service – Fair Pharmacology – helps to pick up similar for efficiency, but cheaper medicines.
Telemed also includes unlimited and round-the-clock consultations of the doctor-geriatrician. The doctor for elderly people will discuss his diet, the OFP program and the inspection plan with the patient.
Such service as council of "telenutritionist" which will make the plan of a power supply is also available, will make recommendations and will save from failures of a diet.
History
2020: Consultation of clients of Tele2 online on COVID-19
On May 14, 2020 Tele2, the alternative mobile operator, reported that his clients are given an opportunity to visit the doctor remotely. The company provided free access to online consultations of doctors in Telemed service concerning catarrhal diseases and a coronavirus. During self-isolation the number of appeals to a system grew by 34% in comparison with normal days. Read more here.
2019: An opportunity to be connected to Telemed service in Tele2 salons
On October 24, 2019 Tele2 reported that it suggests visitors of the salons to be connected through the whole country to Telemed service now – networks of remote medical care. The service allows clients to consult with the doctor by phone, to consult on lawyers in the field of health care and to receive the recommendations of the nutritionist.
For this purpose it is necessary to purchase the certificate – cards are available in Tele2 cellular shops through the whole country.
Despite active development of online services of digital medicine many clients prefer to chats a lively conversation with the doctor. Users of service do not spend time for information searches on the Internet and get remote advice of authoritative doctors in convenient time – round the clock and without days off.
Service includes consultations from doctors of the lead medical institutions of the country, including Scientific center of cardiovascular surgery of A.N. Bakulev, Endocrinological scientific center, Scientific center of neurology, etc. Clients of Telemed can receive the second expert opinion – specialists of the medical centers of the Russian Federation will check already made diagnosis and will draw the conclusion. Service also includes internal consultation of the pediatrician and therapist and also carrying out a laboratory research.
Clients of Telemed receive service "A health call": monthly the approved time to the patient is rung by the doctor and checks the state of health and existence of complaints. Service also includes communication with relatives. In the absence of the answer to a control call the doctor will contact the client's family. At a disease of the patient the doctor will announce family a problem with health, will consult relatives on purchase of drugs, holding procedures and inspections. Within the option "School of Health" the doctors will make to the patient recommendations concerning a way of life in connection with the made diagnosis – for example, will correct the menu and physical activity.
It is possible to be connected to Telemed service in retail network Tele2. Annual certificates with a different set of services cost from 2 thousand to 4 thousand rubles. The owner of the card needs to call only by phone and to activate the certificate. The user also gets access to a personal account. It represents archive where it is possible to listen to records of consultations and to browse written conclusions.
The retail network is not only the place for connection and customer service. We do everything in order that subscribers received service necessary to them in that place where they got used to interact with the operator. In our salons the clients can purchase an insurance, issue the credit, make money transfer. We expand the list of not operator services due to the innovation and perspective services. Now Tele2 offers visitors of salon service of remote medicine which was already estimated by many clients. For an available payment our clients receive the certificate on a packet of the included services.
