In October, 2019 the National Guard of the Russian Federation summed up the results of a public auction on delivery of 23 thousand licenses of office software[1]. Only one application was received for the tender - from Ivory from Rostov-on-Don. She proposed to deliver at a price of 59.7 million rubles with an initial contract price of 60 million rubles.

The purchase of domestic office software for the Russian Guard took place as part of the 2019 state defense order in order to implement the state armament program for 2018-2027.

According to the tender TK, a comprehensive solution was required, which includes software for working with documents, an editor of tables and presentations, as well as a presentation viewer. All these programs must support working with Microsoft Office files and run on computers running both Microsoft Windows operating systems and domestic Alt Workstation, Astra Linux Special Edition and Astra Linux Common Edition systems. The delivered solution should be included in the unified register of Russian programs.

The general director of the company "New Cloud Technologies" Dmitry Komissarov said that as part of this purchase, the Russian Guard will receive licenses for software for their development - the office package "MyOffice." According to him, now Rosguard is the largest client of New Cloud Technologies, which will have a total of 60 thousand licenses for this product.

Earlier, the largest user of MyOffice software was Russian Post, where 30 thousand licenses of this product were delivered.

Dmitry Komissarov added that in the case of large corporate customers, the sales cycle is about a year and a half. With Rosgvardia and Russian Post - with each of these customers - New Cloud Technologies has been working for more than 2 years.

As of October 2019, a total of about 30-40 departments are users of the New Cloud Technologies products, according to Komissarov.
