SAP and Rostelecom continue cooperation in cloud business

2019: Agreement signature on use of infrastructure of telecom operator

On November 15, 2019 SAP CIS reported that together with Rostelecom signed the strategic usage agreement of IT infrastructure of telecom operator for providing cloud services of vendor.

Development of cloud business in Russia – one of the key strategic initiatives of SAP. During our cooperation Rostelecom proved as the reliable partner rendering services according to the international standards. Reliability and functionality of infrastructure of data centers and high professionalism of a command of Rostelecom of steel for us the defining factor when choosing service provider of DPC in Russia. We hope that at a partnership stage we will be able to conclude even more cloud bargains with the Russian clients. Our main objective – to continue to render to the Russian companies a convenient and reliable cloud service and to gradually increase a solution portfolio, placed in our local data center, told Andrey Filatov, the CEO of SAP CIS

For the last 5 years the SAP company systematically transferred to data center the main cloud services and key solutions SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud SAP Ariba SAP SuccessFactors SAP IBP SAP Cloud Platform, a portfolio of the SAP solutions Customer Experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Users of cloud services of SAP are such companies as Sberbank NLMK Alcoholic Siberian Group Acron UralChem EVRAZ Rusagro SPLAT Kaspersky Lab, Globus and many others.
