2019: Implementation of BMS Coffee Control

On November 25, 2019 the Vkusvill company reported that it began to use monitoring solutions for the automated coffee zones together with RUSKHOLTS.

According to the company, for November, 2019 solutions are started in 37 shops of network in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan. In the nearest future the retailer intends to increase presence of monitoring solutions at the shops.

Within the monitoring Vkusvill project began to use coffee machines of the German producer WMF — the WMF 1100 and WMF 1500 model. Coffee corners include the coffee machine, the refrigerator for milk, dispensers for glasses and covers, a niche for syrups and also a number of the sensors controlling operation of the equipment.

The monitoring solution allows to control temperature condition of refrigeration units in coffee zones for preserving of quality of milk at preparation of coffee, to control observance of compoundings of coffee drinks, observance of regulations of cleaning of coffee machines and also existence of glasses in dispensers.

Integrated solutions allow to control quality and freshness of products in coffee corners according to the most strict standards corresponding to the HASSP level.

Monitoring is performed on the BMS Coffee Control platform. The platform includes the round-the-clock monitoring center which Vkusvill and even more than 2500 outlets in Russia and the CIS countries uses analytics of Big Data for warning of faults and reduction of idle times in operation of the equipment in shops.
