2019: Release of the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of the credit RAS consumer cooperative"
On November 26, 2019 1C company together with JSC Audit-Escort Development center informed on release of the joint solution "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of the credit RAS consumer cooperative" developed based on a technology platform "1C:Enterprise 8.3", intended for complex automation of accounting in credit consumer cooperatives and agricultural credit consumer cooperatives according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation and regulating documents of the Bank of Russia for recognition by the existing chart of accounts, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation approved by the Order of 10/31/2000 N of 94 N.
The solutions "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of the credit RAS consumer cooperative" of the version CORP and PROF are developed based on standard configurations "Enterprise accounting CORP" and "Enterprise accounting" editions 3.0, the systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms of the standard solution, noted in 1C. Products went on sale on November 26, 2019.
According to the developer, the products "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of the credit RAS consumer cooperative" of versions CORP and PROF are intended for complex automation of activity of the credit consumer cooperatives (CCC) and agricultural credit consumer cooperatives (ACCC) and provide automation of accounting on management of the granted loans and the raised funds, work with shareholders and control for the purpose of POD/FT, to providing the reporting in the Bank of Russia, accounting under standards of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (Russian accounting standards are RAS) and tax accounting, including for the simplified tax system (STS).
As noted in 1C, the main industry functionality on management of the provided loans implement all credit pipeline – from the request for a loan before its repayment and work with problem debt, including:
- the credit calculator with a broad set of conditions of providing a loan;
- work with providing a loan (pledges, guarantees, bank guarantees);
- check of clients on bases of Rosfinmonitoring, invalid passports, FSSP, NBKI.
- internal scoring;
- automatic calculation of charges (percent, the commissions, penalty fee, penalties, reserves), with a possibility of formation of detailed references calculations;
- more than 40 types of managerial reports on the analysis of activity with a possibility of flexible user preference.
For management of the raised funds the user is given opportunities which contain:
- flexible configurations of payments and capitalization of interest income;
- mechanisms of calculation of penalties or the lowered rates at early return of means, including during the preferential (not recalculated) periods;
- mechanisms of automatic calculation of charges for the raised funds, with a possibility of formation of detailed references calculations;
- possibilities of package payment of interest income for the list of receivers;
- mechanisms of accounting of the PIT and formation of the regulated reporting – 6-NDFL, 2-NDFL for FTS and the client;
- broad spectrum of managerial reports.
Opportunities for work with shareholders in solutions allow:
- store and use all necessary primary documents of cooperative – the minutes of the Board of Directors, the introduction and the shareholder's exception;
- carry out automatic charge of entrance, membership, share and other fees;
- conduct automatic calculation of financial standards and control of their observance;
- receive reports of cooperative – the register of shareholders, the analysis of settlement on contributions and others.
Solutions allow to conduct internal control for the purpose of POD/FT and to provide including:
- documentation of execution of tasks of internal control;
- check of clients on participation in extremist activity or terrorism with formation of the corresponding reports in Rosfinmonitoring;
- check according to the list of failures from performing transactions, conclusion/agreement cancelation with bank (Provision of the Bank of Russia 30 marta2018 N 639-P);
- use of assistants for control of an adherence to deadlines of fulfillment of duties on internal control.
The obligatory reporting for providing is provided in the Bank of Russia:
- cash flow statement (Instruction of the Bank of Russia N4263-U);
- activities reports, about members and about the weighted average values of the total cost of the credits (TCC) of the CPC and SKPK (Instructions of the Bank of Russia N4083-U i N3816-U).
For PROF version in comparison with the version CORP there are following main restrictions mentioned by the developer:
- there is no accounting in the organizations having separate divisions (including automation of distribution of income tax by divisions and consolidation of the reporting under the VAT);
- account is kept for no more than 3000 at the same time operating loans and the operating savings on one organization.
The solution "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of the credit RAS consumer cooperative" CORP and PROF versions underwent certification of "1C: Compatible". The number of the purchased licenses to use of the configurations "Management of the Credit RAS Consumer Cooperative" of PROF version or CORP decides, proceeding from the need for the maximum number of at the same time working users on this configuration. For work in option the client-server it is necessary to purchase the license to use of the 1C:Enterprise 8 server.
