In Moscow the international forum "Outsourcing in the Strategy of Modern Business 2020" took place

In two working days more than 100 top managers and professionals of large enterprises of suppliers and customers of the services working in the field of service, outsourcing of IT and business processes participated in a forum. Partners of a forum all companies - project participants of release of the code of best practices of outsourcing, including Sberbank-Service, Atos, Severstal-TsES, etc. and also the companies ITSC Rostelecom-Solar MIOTEKH, acted as Axus Group, I-Teco and Brother. Within the forum the first ceremony of rewarding of winners of anniversary professional award "Stars of Service and Sorsing" ASTRA10 @ SQ2020 was held. The "Technology, Business and Organizational Innovations in the field of Services and Outsourcing" session also consisted of two parts. In the first part - Vladimir Frolov, Sberbank-Service, Kirill Pozdnyakov, IT SK, Victoria Yefimova, Severstal-TsES and Anastasius Vinner, "MIOTEH" was told about business and org-innovations of large suppliers and customers of outsourcing of IT and business processes. On December 4 in business center "Novels the yard" there passed two parallel working tracks – ITO and BPO. Participants of the track BPO discussed subjects of outsourcing of purchases and also issues of development of a social sorsing. On the track ITO planned the organization and carrying out in 2020 of benchmarking of IT and IT services on the platform of ASTRA association. After a lunch for foreign guests of the forum ASTRA10 the walking tour in Moscow the Kremlin and on Red Square took place, in the evening foreign guests and partners of a forum visited the Bolshoi Theatre on which historical stage there passed the popular ballet Bayadere.

Within the forum on December 1-3 on the platform of Severstal-TsES company in Moscow and Yaroslavl there took place three-day business coaching on obtaining the certificate of IAOP COP (Certified Outsourcing Professional). The anniversary forum of ASTRA10 association became a noticeable event in the field of outsourcing, service innovations and management where recognized international experts shared the best practices of maintenance of the effective and long-term business relations, expense optimizations on service, discussed methods of decrease in business risks of outsourcing and use of the innovative solutions for development of service business.
