Association of strategic outsourcing "ASTER" - professional association of leaders of the Russian outsourcing market of services ITO&BPO&KPO and corporate service centers. It is founded in 2008.

Goals and Objectives:

• Consolidation of efforts and opportunities of market leaders for development of the industry of services and outsourcing in Russia
• Promotion of the best world and local experience, the ideas and technologies of outsourcing among the Russian enterprises and the organizations
• Development and adaptation of the existing methodologies and standards in the field of outsourcing
• Coordination of efforts in establishing mutually advantageous and effective dialog between different groups of participants of the market of outsourcing
• Formation of a system of risks insurance and rules of professional activity, mechanisms of ensuring responsibility in outsourcing project implementation
• Preparation and certification of the qualified professionals of outsourcing

Yury Efrosinin is elected the president of ASTRA association

In October, 2020 ASTRA according to the results of a board meeting of association the chief executive of Kelly Services company, the board member of association Yury Efrosinin was elected the president of association of strategic outsourcing. It released the founder and the first president of ASTRA association Sergej Macedon who suddenly died in June, 2020 from this duty. Read more here.
