2019: Creation and upgrade of IT infrastructure

On December 27, 2019 the company of Amdtekhnologiya announced completion of works on creation and upgrade of IT infrastructure in scientific research institute of N.V. Sklifosovsky.

According to the company, the project was implemented within preparation IT infrastuktury Scientific Research Institute of Emergency Medicine of N.V. Sklifosovsky to pilot implementation UMIAS (Uniform Medical Information and Analytical System).

The scientific research institute of Sklifosovsky became the pilot platform on implementation of EMIAS in Moscow. A system allows to enter in the medical record all information on the patient from the moment of receipt to the statement automatically and to establish cooperation of medical and diagnostic departments.

Amdtekhnologiya explains that digitalization demanded from institute of serious conversions of the existing IT infrastructure and creation of updated. On project implementation left slightly more than a year.

During this time practically all buildings of institute were united in a uniform information communication structure. Server was constructed, the existing IT systems are created and optimized. Maxim Cuohan, the CEO of Amdtekhnologiya told

In particular, were upgraded: the cable system, the local computer network, communication fiber lines, a power supply system and also is automated work as server.

IT infrastructure will be integrated with processing systems and information transfers (video and conference communication, means of text communications and so forth). Specialists of institute had an opportunity of condition monitoring of the medical equipment and a location of the mobile medical equipment.

Besides, the IT system will create a universal data transmission medium between any jobs of institute and unifies methods of their transfer, will make this process manageable.

Wireless networks with a necessary and sufficient covering of network in zones of finding of the specialized non-stationary equipment will allow the staff of institute to perform its search quickly.

And also reliability, flexibility, expandability of an information system will increase.

Reduction of time for acceptance and registration of the patients coming to scientific research institute of Sklifosovsky on "ambulance", twice became one of results of upgrade of IT infrastructure.
