2019: Automation of the bank in financial markets
On December 27, 2019, it became known that Ak Bars Bank and Diasoft are implementing a joint project to automate the bank's work in financial markets. For six months, dozens of business tasks have been successfully solved. This productivity was achieved through the use of modern project management tools - SAFe methodology and PI planning. As a result, the bank is gradually achieving an important goal - reducing time-to-market (time to market).
The PI planning technology, which formed the basis of the collaboration between Diasoft and Ak Bars Bank, consists in direct communication between all project teams, business representatives and other interested persons, united in one large team - Agile Release Train (ART). Using the SAFe methodology helps partners manage several teams, the number of which grows identical to the quarterly increase in the number of project tasks.
