Biography

Was born on June 8, 1972 in Balashikha, the Moscow region.

1994: REA of G.V. Plekhanov

In 1994 graduated The Russian economic from academy of G.V. Plekhanov (since 2010- Russian Economic University (REU) of G.V. Plekhanov).

1996: Ministry of Economic Development

In 1996 - 2000 - the specialist of the 1st category, the leading specialist, the chief specialist of Department of the social sphere of the Ministry of Economics of the Russian Federation (since 2008 - the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation).

In 2000 - 2004 - the deputy manager of Department of the service industry of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation (since 2008 functions on regulation of questions of trade are transferred in the educated Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation).

In 2004 - the associate director of Department of investment policy and the state investments of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.

In 2004 - 2008 - the associate director of Department of the state target programs and the capital investments of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.

In 2008 - 2016 - the associate director of Department of the state target programs and the capital investments of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Since January, 2016 - the director of the department of the state target programs and the capital investments of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
