REU of G.V. Plekhanov completed creation of the situational center

On June 22, 2015 the LANIT-Integration company announced project completion of technology equipment of the situational center of Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics (REU).

Project Results

As a part of the integration solution LANIT personal jobs with the client software, the big videowall for simultaneous demonstration of the image from different sources, a complex of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING), the system of antenna gain and a multichannel video and audio recording, a management system and switching, the server hardware. In the project products of the companies are used: Delta, Jupiter, Polycom, Televic, Symetrix, HP, Lenovo, etc.

Using a multimedia complex, the situational center solves problems of monitoring and data processing about a status of different sectors of the Russian economy, tracking of regional ratings, communications of staff of university with the Russian and foreign colleagues. On the basis of collected information specialists of REU make state-of-the-art reviews and forecasts, develop solutions of complex economic problems.

With implementation of modern hi-tech means the university had an opportunity to hold events of any format, including, with participation of remote users by means of multipoint video conferences. The university provided virtual presence on actions of the leading world experts, consultants, representatives of business and government institutions.

Anastasia Chvileva, the associate director of the situational center of social and economic development of Russia and regions of the Russian Federation based on REU of G.V. Plekhanov, noted: "I estimate cooperation with LANIT on firm "five", all assigned tasks are carried out qualitatively and in time. From the very beginning the integrator individually approached our tasks: in detail studied requirements, studied specifics of data with which we work. Our research and analytical activity requires special technical base and visualization which not all IT systems can provide. We are very happy with result. With confidence I can tell that we locate all technical means necessary for fruitful scientific and study".
