At the beginning of January, 2020 Mastercard announced the application for work with augmented reality which allows card owners, connected to a payment system of the company, c of the new party to look at their advantages.

According to the research J.D. Power, different actions and remunerations increase satisfaction of users of cards, however only a third of owners know about those advantages which are provided to them by the company. In Mastercard hope that the special application with augmented reality will help them to convey information to users.

Having started the MasterCard for You application, clients will be able to scan the map with the help of the mobile device and to enter virtual environment with the overview by 360 degrees. In turn, a series of virtual portals will carry out them to interactive 3D - to objects which will allow to estimate advantages of credit cards.

For example, the user can start an AR-application on phone, pass through the portal and find a set of clubs for golf which are displayed in the mode of augmented reality. Having picked up these clubs, the user will find out that they belong to an advertizing campaign for golfers, and will receive a pop-up window where it is in detail told about all its advantages.

Experience of augmented reality opens new opportunities for information representation. Mastercard hopes that this action will help users to understand and finally to take that advantage which the company offers the clients.[1]
