In the Sochi city archive Elar Planskan is delivered to A2B

2019: Delivery of ELAR Planskan of A2B

On January 15, 2020 the Elar company reported that in the Sochi city archive ELAR Planskan of A2B is delivered.

This planetary scanner will allow to simplify and accelerate transfer process of the most demanded documents of the city of Sochi in an electronic form.

In archive of Sochi information on the history of the city for the sesquicentennial period is collected. For the beginning of January, 2020 there are 2636 funds on a paper basis with a total amount more than 260,000 affairs and also photo and film documents, - only about 15,000 units of storage. For residents, for the organizations and the enterprises the archive renders the services connected with execution of social and legal requests: issues the requested copies of resolutions of executive authorities of Sochi on branch and fixing of the land plots, about the permission for construction of individual and apartment houses and garages, about input of objects in operation. Also the archive makes out references for the population about recovery of a working life and the salary for a design of pensions.

In 2020 will continue work on digitization of archive materials. Is planned to transfer to an electronic form the most demanded documents of executive authorities of the city of Sochi, namely the resolution and the order of administration (about 15 thousand sheets), inventories of affairs of permanent storage and also on staff (about 5 thousand sheets),

All scanned documents are stored in specially created ELAR electronic archive which ensures their safety, allows to find and provide quickly at the request of citizens and departments.
