Biography

Was born on November 12, 1969 in the Samara region.

1993: SGEU

In 1993 graduated from the Samara economic institute (since 1994 - the Samara state economic academy) in "Finance and the credit", in 2004 - the Samara state economic academy (since 2005 - the Samara state economic university) in Law.

2004: Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation

Since 2004 on the public civil service in the Ministry health care and social development RUSSIAN FEDERATION (on May 21, 2012 it is separated on Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation) where passed a way from the assistant department head to the associate director of Financial department.
