Biography
Was born on January 24, 1961 in the village. Old Sindrovo of Krasnoslobodsky district of the Republic of Mordovia.
Military Service
After the termination of high school served in ranks of the Soviet Army.
1983: MSU of N.P. Ogaryov
In 1983 arrived on medical faculty of the Mordovian state university of N.P. Ogarev (since 2010 - the National research Mordovian state university of N.P. Ogaryov).
1989: GKB No. 4 of Saransk
In 1989 after the termination of the university began a labor activity the doctor-intern in the Saransk city clinical hospital No. 4.
1990: Atyuryevsky central district hospital
In 1990 - 1991 was the deputy chief physician for medical care of the population of Atyuryevsky central district hospital.
In 1991 - 1999 worked as the chief physician of Atyuryevsky central district hospital.
1999: Administration of Atyuryevsky district
In 1999 - 2003 was the head of administration of Atyuryevsky district.
2003: MRTSKB
In 2003 - 2010 Mordovian Republican Clinical Hospital State Healthcare Institution held a position of the chief physician.
Government of the Republic of Mordovia
It was appointed the Minister of Health in the government of Mordovia.
2012: Russian Ministry of Health
Since July, 2012 heads department of medical prevention, the ambulance, primary health care and sanatorium business of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
Since 2014 - the Assistant Secretary of health care of the Russian Federation.

It is awarded:
- medal "For Labour Difference" (1986),
- certificate of honor of the Ministry of Health of RM (1996)[1],
- breastplate "Excellent student of health care" (1998).
