TELEDISKONT JSC was established in 2006 with the aim of promoting advanced telecommunications solutions and providing communication services to legal entities to the Russian market.
The central communication center of TELEDISKONT JSC is located on the territory of Moscow Intercity Telephone Exchange No. 9 (MMTS9) and is based on the Ericsson ANS Translocal reference-transit telephone switch and Cisco Systems equipment . The company is a member of the Moscow Internet Exchange ( MSK-IX) project.

2020: Services
As of January 2020, TELEDISCONT provided the following services:
- connecting offices and buildings to the Internet
- provision of city and federal (toll-free) numbers over ISDN and SIP communication lines.
2016: Development of cloud VATS and "Active Sales Systems"
In 2016, two products were developed: cloud VATS (telephony) and "Active Sales System" (contact center).
2013: Creation of an IT outsourcing department
In 2013, the IT outsourcing department was established and the provision of server and computer services to customers began, replacing system administrators.
