"NORDIS/2: Personnel management" – one of subsystems of the corporate information system (CIS) of NORDIS/2 of the Novosibirsk developer "Alekta".

"NORDIS/2: Personnel management" develops since 1993, and today represents the complete solution on personnel management for the companies of the most different fields of the industry.

A system was initially focused on the large and superlarge geographically distributed multilevel enterprises (holdings), but is successfully operated in many medium-sized and small enterprises.

Difference "NORDIS/2: Personnel management" from the majority of the domestic and western HRM systems is complete accounting of specifics of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to conducting personnel records and compensation. Broad functionality and flexibility of a system allow to adapt the solution to specifics of business processes of any company.

Systems capabilities

"NORDIS/2: Personnel management" allows to automate a set of business processes and control functions by personnel among which:

1. Maintaining organization structure, staff list and regular arrangement, including:

  • task of normative and planned number
