Biography
Born October 18, 1978 in the city of Tyumen.
2000: TyumSU
In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Institute of State and Law of Tyumen State University, majoring in Jurisprudence, after which he entered graduate school and in May 2003 graduated ahead of schedule.
From 2003 to 2007 - Deputy Head of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of Tyumen State University.
From March to November 2007 - Deputy Director for Academic Work of the Institute of State and Law of Tyumen State University.
In 2007, he was awarded the academic title of assistant professor in the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of TyumSU.
From 2007 to 2011 - Vice-Rector for Additional Education and Branches of TyumSU.
From 2011 to March 2012 - Director of the Institute of Law, Economics] and Management of Tyumen State University.
From October 2012 to April 2013 - Acting Rector of Tyumen State University.
On March 21, 2013, he was elected rector of TyumSU at a conference of the labor collective.
2013: Tyumen City Duma
From 2013 to 2016 - deputy of the Tyumen City Duma of the VI convocation, member of the regional political council of the United Russia party, chairman of the permanent commission on urban planning and land relations of the Tyumen City Duma.
Since September 18, 2016 - deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma in the single-mandate constituency No. 17.
2015: Council of Rectors of Universities of the Tyumen Region
