Integration of the regional system "Management of National Projects" with GIIS "Electronic Budget"

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization of State Corporation Rostec, announced on November 17, 2020 ensuring automatic loading of passports of the federal and regional projects provided to GIIS "Electronic Budget" on the Uniform portal of a budget system of the Russian Federation in the regional system "Management of National Projects".

The solution is implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Novgorod, Pskov, Sverdlovsk regions and Perm Krai. Read more here.

Three mobile applications and board of management of regional projects

In a management system for national projects of the Nizhny Novgorod Region from BARS GROUP (subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization of State Corporation Rostec) three mobile applications and also an informative board of management of regional projects appeared: blocks of control and navigation on national projects, targeted investment program. "For the last months a system developed actively and upgraded. At the beginning of a year we started the interactive map for inhabitants, now we improve planning tools, control and the reporting for a state administration. The number of controlled projects constantly grows, and it is important to trace them directly online, avoiding long waiting of the paper reporting", - the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin told.

In the region already began to use functional mobile application Development strategy ("A show-window of the governor") for iPad. It allows the top officials of the Nizhny Novgorod Region to see a project implementation picture entirely and in different cuts, to watch processes of work at the different levels of project activity and "have the finger on the pulse" all command.

Along with the application for the tablet two functional applications for smartphones are developed: "Mobile control block instructions" and "Mobile show-window". Work on them began in April, 2020, as of the end of September, 2020 there is an active testing.

In the "Mobile Control Block Instructions" application the possibility of problem definition, choice of participants and responsible, implementation terms – the classical principle of setting of instructions in real office-work but accelerated and simplified for the transfer account of instructions without excess document flow and dead time for the report of tasks to the necessary instance is implemented. Project participants can share necessary information in the built-in messenger, and the separate block with results of work does process of the reporting quicker.

"The mobile show-window" is light version of "A show-window of the governor". Emphasis is put on the main information - the list of projects, their stages and terms. "The mobile show-window" allows to obtain the complete information on projects - analytics, diagrams, media, documents.

All these projects create a common information space for all participants of project activity in executive authorities and local government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. According to BARS GROUP, more than a half-morning of thousands of people 29 thousand working tasks and 11 thousand objects work on monitoring of 5 thousand projects.

Implementation of a project management information system

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization of State Corporation Rostec, announced on August 11, 2020 implementation of a project management information system in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

A system is intended for planning and control of achievement of goals and tasks sounded in May Decrees of the Russian President. It creates a common information space for all participants of project activity in executive authorities and local government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Similar monitoring of achievement of indicators of national projects allows heads of all levels to take timely measures on prevention of deviations from planned targets.

Implementation happened in short terms: a system does not require installation on computers – activity is conducted via the web interface. Also there is no need to go to adjacent applications. Works on expansion of functionality are continued, - the director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch "BARS GROUP" Alexey Vasenkov commented.

For August, 2020 in a system it is possible to browse the passport of a project portfolio, the schedule, the chart of the gant, schedules of labor power, photoreports on the carried-out works, the budget is in connection therewith planned and also analytical cuts on key indicators are made. Providing with information of both non-management employees, and heads allows to control the project progress quickly.

The BARS GROUP company announced system development in May, 2019. For August 11, 2020 in it more than 1000 users work, totally there is a monitoring 4 thousand projects and more than 9 thousand objects. Moreover, residents of Nizhny Novgorod can watch process of execution of national projects on the special interactive map.

2019: Development and start of the card of national projects

On January 23, 2020 BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, announced development and start together with the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of the public interactive map of national projects. For January, 2020 he was already visited by 7400 users. The resource was provided to the public by the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin.

The planned, relevant and complete works on objects, terms of their execution and the contractor are displayed. Citizens have an opportunity to write a response through a feedback form.

On the card all works are visible, beginning from the device of the sidewalk, sewage treatment in the sludge collector before repair of schools and hospitals.
