Transflow is a service for automated management of transport work in passenger transportation in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 220.

2024: Postgres Pro DBMS compatibility

Postgres Professional and Altek LLC on June 3, 2024 announced the compatibility of their products.

Transflow is a completely domestic digital platform for ITS for building modular road transport solutions. The platform fully complies with the requirements for the urban agglomeration IT architecture in terms of the requirements for the functional architecture of the integration platform of intelligent transport systems GOST R 71092-2023 (hereinafter - the Platform) implemented in urban agglomerations of the Russian Federation with a population of over 300 thousand people within the framework of the national project "Safe Quality Roads" (hereinafter - "BKD") 27.04.2024 N AK-95-r., is included in the register of domestic software with the serial number of the register entry 13136, the date of formation of the register entry 30.03.2022, and has a certificate of state registration of the computer program No. 2021611878.

The purpose of the Platform is to ensure coordinated management of the processes of road activities, transport services to the population, traffic control, as well as ensuring interrelated functioning of ITS instrument subsystems, already implemented in the region/municipality as a whole in order to provide complex ITS services, ensuring the specified capacity of the road transport network, management and control of transport work in the transportation process, management of processes related to maintenance, repair, reconstruction and construction of roads, ensuring control over the proper level of safety of road users.

The implementation of the Platform results in the transition to digital planning in the development of the road transport complex, based on dynamic traffic indicators and data on the efficiency of ITS, improving the level of road safety and optimizing measures in the field of road accident prevention.

Transflow is a supporting platform for building ITS in the regions as part of the Safe Quality Roads project. The partnership with Postgres Pro plays a key role. This database provides reliable transactional support for the IoT kernel, high-performance interaction with tool subsystems, support for HILoad-level IT and GIS operations. We use various extensions for Postgres Pro, including TimescaleDB and PostGIS, which the DBMS fully supports. Thanks to the compatibility with Postgres Pro, our platform meets the requirements for critical information infrastructure facilities in the Russian Federation, said Mikhail Kozhukhovsky, General Director of Altek LLC.

Launch of the project for the introduction of intelligent transport systems in the regions of Russia on the basis of Transflow

Avtomatika Concern of Rostec State Corporation, together with Altek LLC, has launched a project for intelligent passenger transport management based on the Transflow service-oriented transport application platform. Avtomatika announced this on January 24, 2020. The platform is designed to build intelligent transport systems in the regions of Russia, is a completely domestic development and is located in the register of domestic software. The project will improve the quality of passenger transportation services, ensure an increase in the level of comfort when using public transport.

The Concern's work is focused on the implementation of the tasks of the national projects "Safe and High-Quality Roads," "Digital Economy," the project "Smart City," as well as on the comprehensive implementation of Federal Law No. 220 "On the Organization of Regular Transportation of Passengers and Baggage by Road and Urban Land Electric Transport in the Russian Federation."

As of January 24, 2020, on the basis of the Transflow transport application platform, the Concern is ready to present five service solutions to the regions, enabling implementation of such application tasks as intelligent management of public transport, management of construction, municipal and special equipment, control over the collection and removal of solid household waste, building a digital twin of urban agglomeration with the possibility of carrying out transport modeling, digitalization of population mobility services, as well as interactive management of engineering equipment of the region's intelligent transport system.

In addition to providing a higher level of comfort for citizens, achieved by monitoring the qualitative and quantitative parameters of public transport, the solution allows you to save budget funds, including due to the service nature of the refused services, in particular by placing platform services in the service provider's data center, and the lack of the need to buy server power and licenses. The use of automatic control of the completeness and quality of services of transport organizations increases the transparency and efficiency of budget expenditures on carrier services.

As part of the implementation of the national project "Safe and High-Quality Highways," Concern Avtomatika offers high-tech domestic solutions for building regional intelligent transport systems with a high degree of information protection. Purpose and features of Transflow

According to information as of January 2002, a distinctive feature of the Transflow service is the concept of joint work of IOGV and carriers in a single information space, which provides the ability to manage the route and transport network, dispatch control, accounting for incidents and violations with the calculation of the volume of transport work performed by carriers.

The Transflow service is intended for use by authorized executive bodies in terms of comprehensive control over the implementation of Federal Law No. 220 of 13.07.2015 and allows:

• Automate the activities of route and transport planning.
• Ensure control over the implementation of government contracts in terms of transportation and assess the quality of transport work on a variety of parameters.
• Ensure the management of violations and incidents within the framework of the execution of government contracts for transportation by carriers.
• Provide information for the population and supervisory authorities on transportation and the existing route and transport network in an automated form (smart stops, existing information services, mobile applications).
• Automatically calculate the cost of work performed and fines for violation of state contracts.
• Automatically generate reports in accordance with applicable regulatory legal acts.

The peculiarity of using the Transflow service for IOGV:
