Start of the project on implementation of intelligent transport systems in regions of Russia based on Transflou

The Avtomatika concern of State Corporation Rostec together with Altek LLC started implementation of the project on intellectual control of passenger transport based on service - the focused platform of transport applications Transflou. Avtomatika reported about it on January 24, 2020. The platform is intended for creation of intelligent transport systems in regions of Russia, is completely domestic development and is in the register of the domestic software. The project will allow to increase quality of provision of services on transportation of passengers, to provide growth of level of comfort when using of public transport.

Work of Concern is focused on implementation of tasks of the national automobile projects "Safe and Qualitative Roads", "Digital economy", the project "Smart city" and also on comprehensive implementation of Federal law No. 220 "About the organization of regular transportations of passengers and baggage by the motor transport and city land electric transport in RUSSIAN FEDERATION".

For January 24, 2020 based on the platform of transport applications Transflou the Concern is ready to present to regions five service solutions allowing to implement such applied tasks as intellectual management public transport, control of the construction, utility and special equipment, control of collecting and export of municipal solid waste, creation of the digital double of city agglomeration with a possibility of carrying out transport modeling, digitalization of services of mobility of the population and also interactive management of engineering equipment of an intelligent transport system of the region.

In addition to providing higher level of the comfort for citizens reached due to control of qualitative and quantitative operation parameters of public transport, the solution allows to save budgetary funds, including thanks to the service nature of the refused services, in particular due to placement of services of the platform in DPC of service provider, lack of need to buy server capacities and licenses. Use of automatic control of completeness and service quality of the transport organizations increases transparency and expense efficiency of budgetary funds for a payment of services of carriers.

Within execution of the national Avtomatika Concern project "Safe and Qualitative Highways" proposes high-tech domestic solutions for creation of regional intelligent transport systems with high degree of protection of information. This solution will become an important element of the complex project "Smart City" implemented by holding in the subjects of the Russian Federation, comments the CEO of Avtomatika Concern Vladimir Kabanov

Appointment and features of Transflou

According to information for January, 2002 distinctive feature of Transflou service is the concept of joint work of IOGV and carriers in the common information space giving an ability to manage a route transport network, dispatching control, accounting of incidents and violations with calculation of volume of the performed transport work by carriers.

The Transflou service is held for use authorized bodies of executive power regarding complex control of performance of the Federal law of 7/13/2015 No. 220 and allows:

• Automate activities for route transport planning.
• Provide control of accomplishment of public contracts regarding implementation of transportations and carry out quality evaluation of transport work on a set of parameters.
• Provide management of violations and incidents within performance of government contracts by carriers on transportation.
• Provide information for the population and supervisory authorities about transportations and the existing route transport network in the automated type (smart stops, the existing information services, mobile applications).
• In the automatic mode to perform calculation of cost of the performed works and penalties for violation of public contracts.
• In the automatic mode to create reports according to the operating regulatory legal acts.
