The Lean Village cloud accounting system maintains a continuous accounting of electricity, water and gas in suburban real estate. The system collects information using wireless LoRaWAN technology and allows the management company to obtain a tabular and graphical representation of the information for the time chosen by the user. Data can be obtained taking into account day and night tariffs, you can compare indicators for different periods. In addition, it is possible to remotely set restrictions or even turn off energy.
2018: Description of the system "Lean Village"
At the end of December 2018, a new term appeared in the Law "On the Electric Power Industry" No. 35-FZ - an intelligent electric energy accounting system. Intelligent metering system is designed to collect data in automatic mode from power metering devices. The operation of such systems requires "smart meters" that reduce errors in accounting for consumption and simplify the transmission of readings from the consumer.
In accordance with law No. 35-FZ, the installation of "smart meters" will begin in July 2020. From this date, new devices will be installed in multi-apartment and private residential buildings, instead of previous generation meters to be replaced (for example, due to expiration of service life, malfunction, etc.).
From January 1, 2022, all energy metering devices put into operation should be intelligent. In new buildings, commissioned from January 1, 2021, installed energy metering devices should be connected to the default intelligent electric energy metering system. Smart meters are needed to reduce errors when accounting for consumption and to simplify the transmission of readings from the consumer.
Replacement with new generation meters is placed on the shoulders of energy retail companies, consumers are not obliged to mount new meters themselves. "Smart meters" transmit readings remotely using mobile communications or the Internet, make a differentiated accounting of the consumed electricity, independently send a signal about the malfunction of the device, its hacking or failure, limit the supply of electricity to malicious defaulters.
The St. Petersburg company ROSSINNO has developed and is promoting on the Russian market a cloud resource accounting system, Lean Village, which meets all the requirements that federal law poses for new metering devices.
Lean village is a digital system of accounting for electricity, water and gas for suburban real estate, which automatically collects data. The system allows you to upload information for a certain time, plot consumption and compare consumption for different periods. In addition, it is possible to remotely set restrictions or even turn off energy. Residents of villages can control the brightness of street or courtyard lighting from their mobile phones.
The Lean Village cloud service is based on the Central Console monitoring and control platform. The platform is deployed in Yandex.Cloud, which made it possible to implement reliable and secure work with devices of different manufacturers and modules that provide end-user interfaces.
The electricity metering system is connected to the Internet using technologies: LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, WiFi, Ethernet.
The Lean Village solution is intended for management companies and property owners.
When deploying the solution at the end consumer, ROSSINNO specialists are based on the AURORA EVSOUNDproduct line, one of the participants in the Internet of Things market in Russia.
For the management company, automated collection of readings from general and individual electricity meters allows you to increase manageability and control over the use of resources and funds. In addition to collecting readings and generating interactive online reports when implementing solutions from the Lean village, remote control of electricity supply is available. For each house and each building, for the owners of the site and the management company, the option of equipping the power network with remotely controlled relays is available, both automatically and on schedule or by command from the decision interface Lean Village.
When using the Lean Village system, the reduction in electricity and water costs can reach 40%, management companies receive instant alerts with uncharacteristic or abnormal consumption.
One of the first such projects ROSSINNO implemented in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg, in the village of Repino. Residents of the village now know with a penny exactly what they pay for, what costs and for what services took place, how much it took to light the park, how much it burnt out at the guard and in each house.
"When using the Lean Village system, it is impossible to transmit incorrect readings or make a connection bypassing the counters. Think only: neither a kilowatt of electricity, nor a cubic meter of gas, nor a liter of water will leak into the sand.
This is an innovative development that is difficult to do, but very easy to use. Simply put, Lean village starts with one button. Management companies, owners of suburban real estate, the owner of the house or his assistant with the help of the Lean village will turn the entire complex of accounting for water, gas and electricity in suburban villages into an understandable and absolutely transparent process. The system protects not only gas, water and light, but also the time and strength of people. First of all, management companies will be pleased, now they have many problems with data collection. But the end consumer will benefit. This is a transparent, understandable technology that clearly and accurately reflects the processes, "commented Konstantin Mikhailov, founder of the Lean Village project. |
