Moscow will create smart underground parkings

On January 27, 2020 it became known of the forthcoming emergence in Moscow of parkings of new type — with the mechanized two-level elevators. Project implementation will be engaged Tekhnodinamika holding ("subsidiary" of Rostec).

In the new system of a parking will use the two-level P-100 elevator and a pazlovy parking of SNM-100 — a rack with the built-in mobile slots for cars. The independent type of the parking is implemented due to movement of pallets of storage of cars on parking levels for release of the necessary cell up-down and to the right-to the left.

Both constructions have hermetic pallets that excludes a possibility of hit of dirt, a rain water, chemical reagents and traces of oil products on subordinate cars.

It is expected that the Similar solution will allow to increase the capacity of the standard parking three times without increase in the area. By the end of January, 2002 of the platform for a project startup are not defined — will call them only in March, 2020. The decision will be made by the Joint scientific and technical council concerning urban policy and city building of Moscow. At the same time it is known that equip with the similar systems up to 15% of underground parking.

Transition to creation of the mechanized parkings – a steady global trend — the chief executive of Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko says. — For Moscow where more than 7 million cars are registered, it is especially relevant. The solution proposed by us allows to organize most effectively a parking and by that to improve transport infrastructure of the megalopolis. Further capital experience can be applied in other large cities of Russia.

In 2019 it was reported that robotic multilevel parkings will appear also in Moscow area. As envisioned, cars will stand on special racks in separate slots that it was at any time possible to take any of them.^[1]
