2019: Start of electronic document management with corporate clients
On January 28, 2020 DiState reported that STD "Petrovich" uses the solution long ago and successfully "DiState: Multiprovider", but with growth of the company also her requirements grow. If earlier within Petrovich multiprovider signed incoming documents from partners from different EDMSs in the mode of "one window" in 1C, then now there was a need also to create and send documents to corporate clients.
"DiState: The multiprovider" does process of exchange of documents more conveniently both for clients, and for the staff of STD "Petrovich". Documents form and go from the accounting system of 1C via connectors to the YuZEDO systems, clients receive UPD, accounts, reconciliation statements and other documents on the platform of the YuZEDO provider. The solution allows to avoid excess expenses on roaming, than saves time and money of the company.
In addition "DiState: The multiprovider" unloaded 1C, simplified document flow of Petrovich with partners, accelerated processing of legally significant documents and allowed to organize uniform local archive of the electronic[1].
