Biography

Born March 4, 1962 in Sochi, Krasnodar Territory.

1984: LTA named after S.M. Kirova

In 1984 he graduated from the Leningrad Forestry Engineering Academy named after S.M. Kirov (since 2011 St. Petersburg State Forestry Engineering University named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in forestry, and in 1989 with a degree in accounting and economic analysis.
