Biography

Was born on April 4, 1969 in Borisoglebsk of the Voronezh region.

1986: Service in Russian Armed Forces in MVO and Far Eastern Military District

In 1986 - 2004 - military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at different positions in the Far East and Moscow military districts, including at legal positions from the assistant to the commander of a regiment on legal work to the senior legal adviser of the Moscow Military District.

1990: NVVPOU

In 1990 graduated from the Novosibirsk highest general military-political school of a name of the 60 anniversary of Great October (in February, 2010 the school is transformed to branch of General academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation).

2000: VU Russian Defense Ministry

In 2000 graduated from the Military university of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

2004: Emercom of Russia

In 2004 - 2011 - military service at legal positions in the Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Emergency Situations).

In 2011 - 2013 - the public civil service as the chief of Legal department of Emercom of Russia.

2013: Russian Defense Ministry

In 2013 it is appointed to the position of the director of Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (the head of legal services of Russian Armed Forces).
