The 1st Processing Bank started implementation of HRM

The 1st Processing Bank started implementation of a HRM system "the Compass: Personnel management".

So far in Bank the automated banking system "VA Bank ST 5.0" in combination with the functionality of registration of personnel and payroll developed by Oazis company functioned. In the fall of 2009 the Oazis company refused further distribution of the system that resulted in need of replacement of the software product.

The choice of a new HRM system was made among solutions of domestic development: CIS Leader developed by company "Infosoft", "Alfa-HRMS" (Informkontakt developer) and "the Compass: Personnel management". The combination of required functionality to an opportunity to meet the limited budget was the main selection criterion.

A new HRM system should provide full-function registration of personnel and payroll for all employees of the bank (about 400 people). It is going to implement the project for nine man-days. Within the project it is going to install a system on one workplace, to provide training in use of a subsystem Personnel records and to payroll, to perform tuning of reference books, to configure postings on payroll with automatic formation of payment documents in budget and off-budget funds.

Start of a system in commercial operation is planned for May, 2010.
