Biography

Was born on October 25, 1974 in Moscow.

1995: REA of G.V. Plekhanov

In 1995 graduated from the Russian economic academy of G.V. Plekhanov (since 2010 - the Russian Economic University (REU) of G.V. Plekhanov).

1999: Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

January, 1999 - April, 2002 - the chief specialist of department of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, the international financial and economic organizations of Department of international financial institutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

April, 2002 - June, 2004 - the chief specialist, the consultant, the assistant department head on cooperation with the international financial and economic organizations of Department of the international cooperation and management of an external debt.

June, 2004 - February, 2006 - the assistant department head of the International cooperation of Department of the international financial relations, a public debt and state financial assets.

February, 2006 - December, 2009 - the associate director of Department of the international financial relations, a public debt and state financial assets.

Since December, 2009 - the director of the department of the international financial relations.

2002: YES RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY

In 2002 graduated from Diplomatic Academy MFA of Russia.

Awards

In 2007 it is awarded with a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree.

In 2008 it is awarded with a medal to "The participant of extraordinary humanitarian transactions" of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergencies and mitigation of consequences.
