2020: Transition to Diasoft FA Beans

On March 2, 2020 Diasoft reported that together with the Urals FD command executed the project on transfer of retail business of bank to other system. Since 2020 service of retail and corporate clients of bank is performed in the single Diasoft FA# Beans industrial system. It simplifies process of preparation of the obligatory reporting and optimizes costs for maintenance.

The functionality of earlier used retail systems did not conform to modern requirements: did not guarantee support of constantly changing Russian legislation and did not give the chance to perform fast product output for business development. Transition to the end-to-end Diasoft FA# Beans modern system providing automation of all main activities of bank became an optimal solution.

It was necessary to complete the works in nine months after start of the project.

It is known that the most difficult in similar projects is data migration. With "the Urals" it was twice more difficult than FD – it was necessary to transfer data from ideologically different systems and to load these data into already functioning system – Diasoft FA# Beans in which the bank conducted service of corporate clients. At the same time it was necessary to minimize influence of the appeared functionality and data on already used functionality,

During the project the command executed migration of 25 thousand loan agreements, 100 thousand deposits and 100 thousand payment cards of individuals.

Transition to a single industrial system gives a number of important advantages to business of bank. Already process of maintenance and service became simpler, work of users is optimized. Cooperation of partners continues – for March 2, 2020 the command works on start of IFRS 9 (IFRS9) based on the decision of FAO and plans implementation of the distributive reporting of Diasoft FA# Beans.
