Biography

With honors graduated from Law department of the Ulyanovsk state university. In 2009 defended the dissertation for a degree of Candidate of Law Sciences.

With 2003 - 2010 worked in commercial structures.

In October, 2011 joined a command of the Agency of strategic initiatives where in structure of Department on development of a partner network supervised implementation of the Standard of activities of executive authorities of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation for providing the favorable investment climate in the region.

Further in structure of corporate department of the Agency from the very beginning kept the "National Rating of a Status of the Investment Climate in Territorial Subjects of the Russian Federation" project.

In 2017 headed the project center of the Agency on integration of a national technology initiative into the Digital Economy program which is recently adopted at that time.

For March, 2020 is the head of the Center of digital development of the Agency of strategic initiatives where the management on the basis of data for authorities – Chief Data Officer (CDO)" is engaged in development of the educational program ", the network project for development of competences and promotion of technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and also implementation of digital solutions in regions and implementation of digital technologies in activity of the Agency.
