Was born on September 15, 1973 in the city of Moscow.

In 1990 graduated from the Moscow Suvorov Military School of MO Russian Federation.

In 1995 graduated from the Military University of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, specialty – a foreign language (Arab, English), qualification – the specialist in the external economic area.
